To select this year’s honorees, Inc. conducted an employee survey of the nominated organizations, conducted by Quantum Workplace, which included topics such as management effectiveness, perks, employee growth and development, and overall company culture. The nominated organization’s benefits were also audited to determine the overall score and ranking.
