Totem Solutions is seeking retirees for our Employee Benefits Call Center in Johns Creek, GA. Totem has a relaxed, professional environment and takes pride in providing high-quality customer service. This part-time position is guaranteed for six to eight weeks during the fall months and includes available on-call hours throughout the year. Applicants should have a college degree and solid pre-retirement work history.

SERVICE CENTER MANAGER
This role has primary oversight of Service/ Call Center, which supports in and outbound calls and administrative services related to employee benefits. This is an ONSITE role – Hybrid potential in the future. Responsibilities include people and performance management. This encompasses scheduling staff, monitoring calls, reporting and analyzing metrics, and adhering to Service Level Agreements.
