Totem Solutions is seeking retirees for our Employee Benefits Call Center in Johns Creek, GA. Totem has a relaxed, professional environment and takes pride in providing high-quality customer service. This part-time position is guaranteed for six to eight weeks during the fall months and includes available on-call hours throughout the year. Totem has an immediate opening for a passionate and dynamic Vice President of Marketing to lead our comprehensive sales & marketing strategy. This person will be a key driver of Totem’s growth by building our positioning, brand, and go-to-market strategies aimed at middle-market employers: 1,000 – 5,000 employees. This person will be responsible for evangelizing our innovative solutions, enabling the Sales Team for growth.
An ideal candidate is a dynamic leader who likes being hands-on while driving the bigger picture. You’ll be strong on understanding our target market, using data to drive decisions, and leveraging our brand and positioning. You should be able to balance strategic vision, thought leadership, execution excellence, continuous improvement, and provide an exceptional vision for Totem’s brand. You’ll work closely with our Leadership Team, external partners, and our amazing customers to build and execute go-to-market strategy. In addition, you’ll work closely with Sales to effectively position our product, differentiate our platform from the competition, and craft and tell the Totem story unlike anyone else.
