Benefits Specialist (Part-Time)

Totem Solutions is seeking retirees for our Employee Benefits Call Center in Johns Creek, GA. Totem has a relaxed, professional environment and takes pride in providing high-quality customer service. This part-time position is guaranteed for six to eight weeks during the fall months and includes available on-call hours throughout the year. Applicants should have a college degree and solid pre-retirement work history.

Vice President of Marketing

Totem has an immediate opening for a passionate and dynamic Vice President of Marketing to lead our comprehensive sales & marketing strategy. This person will be a key driver of Totem’s growth by building our positioning, brand, and go-to-market strategies aimed at middle-market employers: 1,000 – 5,000 employees. This person will be responsible for evangelizing our innovative solutions, enabling the Sales Team for growth.

An ideal candidate is a dynamic leader who likes being hands-on while driving the bigger picture. You’ll be strong on understanding our target market, using data to drive decisions, and leveraging our brand and positioning. You should be able to balance strategic vision, thought leadership, execution excellence, continuous improvement, and provide an exceptional vision for Totem’s brand. You’ll work closely with our Leadership Team, external partners, and our amazing customers to build and execute go-to-market strategy. In addition, you’ll work closely with Sales to effectively position our product, differentiate our platform from the competition, and craft and tell the Totem story unlike anyone else.

What You’ll Do

  • Set the strategy and direction for Totem’s position in the market
  • Develop and distribute our brand identity through all relevant channels
  • Design and implement a robust Account Based Marketing strategy
  • Leverage marketing channels and tools to execute lead generation programs, leveraging driven marketing techniques
  • Arm the Sales Team with the tools and materials needed to win customers across verticals
  • Execute a content generation program from short-form to long-form to establish Totem as a thought leader
  • Work with the product team to ensure alignment between positioning and product
  • Represent Totem to the outside world, including press, analysts, and customers

About You

  • 10+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B
  • Strong track record of building and leading marketing
  • Expertise in building Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy and programs
  • Experience with enterprise sales materials and enablement
  • Relevant industry experience is preferred: Insurance, Consulting, Human Resources, Healthcare, or Employee Benefits
  • A compelling storyteller who can engage and educate customers and prospects with professionalism and effectively communicate to multiple ICPs
  • Experience developing events strategy, including conferences, trade shows, and webcasts
  • Exceptional track record of driving strong demand generation campaigns for enterprise solutions
  • Remote candidates will be considered
