Participation in SMS messaging is voluntary and is not a condition of receiving services. Message frequency varies based on your account activity, claims, benefits, program participation, and applicable services. Message and data rates may apply.
Opting out
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you may receive a final message confirming your request. You may also contact us using the information below to request that we stop texting you. We will honor other valid opt-out requests as required by applicable law.

Message delivery
Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to your wireless carrier’s network availability and services.
Privacy and sensitive information
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information, including mobile telephone numbers and SMS consent information. Mobile information, including SMS opt-in and consent information, will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Please don’t send Social Security numbers, financial account information, or detailed medical or claims records by ordinary text message. Contact us to arrange an appropriate method for providing sensitive information. SMS consent does not authorize a use or disclosure of protected health information that is otherwise prohibited by applicable law.
