Christine brings 22 years of Human Resources Management and Specialist experience to her role as HR & Call Center Manager. Her support team is responsible for on-demand, comprehensive, customer-service call support for the employees of clients. She is committed to upholding the highest customer care standards by providing coaching, workflow management, client-needs-training, recruiting, and special call support to ensure accurate resolution for complex customer needs. Christine has achieved a designation as Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). She holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration from the University of Texas at Dallas.
